Description

Bratislava Archdiocesan Charity provides assistance services in two locations in Bratislava – Kapitulská 4 and Jasovská 6. In their locations, they provide language courses, material assistance, counseling and assistance in finding schools, doctors and other services.

Location – Kapitulská 4

Services provided:

Language courses – Slovak language, English language, conversations in SJ, tutoring children for schools,
Digital courses,
Psychological consultations – individual,
Workshops and group activities in cooperation with an experienced psychologist,
Space for community activities (seniors’ meetings,…),
Assistance in finding schools, doctors, work,
Social counseling

Details

Foreigners are entitled to services.
Register for courses in person/via social networks.
Assistance services and social counseling must be agreed in advance (tel., social networks, email).
Services are not available during public holidays.
Services are also provided by female staff.
Entrance is barrier-free.

Services provided:

Language courses – Slovak language,
Rehearsal of Ukrainian amateur choir,
Providing material assistance to people from abroad – clothing (social wardrobe),
Creating activities and space for socialization of people from Ukraine,
Assistance in finding schools, doctors, jobs, etc.

Details

People from abroad are entitled to services.
It is advisable to arrange a meeting in advance via phone, social networks or e-mail.
Services are not available during public holidays.
Services are also provided by female staff.
There are no toilets available at the locations.
Provision of clothing as part of material assistance is subject to a handling fee of 20 cents. This measure is aimed at a responsible and ecological approach to the environment. All other services are free of charge.
